To open an account on cbajj, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may only hold one account, and creating multiple accounts is completely prohibited. Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility — never share your password with any third party. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.
Cbajj reserves the right to verify the identity of all users in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents before making deposits or withdrawals. Some services may be restricted until the verification process is complete. All submitted documents are stored securely and used solely for regulatory purposes. Submitting fraudulent documents may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
All financial transactions on cbajj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to specified minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds must come solely from the account holder's own payment method, and third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–5 business days to process. cbajj reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transactions for review. Specific wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus or promotional balances, as detailed in each offer's description.
Fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or any dishonest activity is strictly prohibited on the cbajj platform. Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any attempt to harass, insult, or harm other users will result in permanent account termination. Any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing will be reported to the relevant authorities. cbajj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without providing a reason, though any legitimate balance will be returned.
Cbajj reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and users will be notified of changes as early as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. A notification may be sent to your registered email address for significant changes. The latest terms and conditions will always be available on this page, and you are advised to review them regularly. If you object to any terms, you may stop using the platform and request account closure.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between cbajj and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect. As a user, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions in full.
